120TPD Fragrant Rapeseed Oil Pressing Project

To meet local market demand for strongly aromatic rapeseed oil, QIE Group built a production line for a customer in Yunnan.120 TPD aromatic rapeseed oil pressing line, together with a40 TPD natural rapeseed oil settling system.

The project combines traditional aromatic rapeseed oil production methods with continuous equipment. While preserving the distinctive flavor characteristics of aromatic rapeseed oil, it achieves continuous integration of raw material handling, seed roasting, pressing, oil residue conveying, and crude oil settling.

This project focuses on process integration between distinctive flavor characteristics and stable production. Based on rapeseed processing requirements, the production line is equipped with corresponding seed roasting, pressing, and settling systems to establish a complete rich-aroma rapeseed oil pressing process for the customer.

1. Rapeseed Cleaning System

The rapeseed entering the production line is cleaned to remove impurities, providing stable raw material conditions for subsequent roasting and pressing.

2. Aromatic Seed Roasting System

Continuous seed roasting equipment is installed to provide uniform heating and process control for rapeseed, creating suitable conditions for subsequent pressing and developing the flavor characteristics required for aromatic rapeseed oil.

3. 120 TPD Rapeseed Oil Pressing Line

A screw oil press is used for continuous pressing to mechanically extract oil from rapeseed.

The pressing system is connected with the upstream seed roasting process and downstream oil residue conveying system, allowing materials to continuously enter and exit the pressing equipment while meeting the 120 TPD production capacity requirement.

4. Oil Residue Conveying and Handling System

Oil residue generated during pressing is conveyed continuously, reducing manual handling and maintaining stable integration between the pressing workshop and subsequent oil residue processing operations.

5. 40 TPD Natural Rapeseed Oil Settling System

The project includes a 40 TPD natural rapeseed oil settling system. Through static settling, part of the suspended impurities in crude oil is removed, producing clearer settled oil for subsequent storage or further processing.

6. Automation and Auxiliary Systems

The project also includes auxiliary systems for production control, dust collection, and finished oil storage and transportation to support operational monitoring, workshop environmental management, and product storage.

The production line is configured for a rapeseed processing capacity of 120 TPD. Cleaning, seed roasting, pressing, and oil residue conveying are integrated into a continuous production process, making it suitable for rapeseed oil processing projects with stable raw material supply and regional market demand.

Equipped with a 40 TPD natural settling system

To meet the downstream treatment requirements for crude pressed oil, the project is equipped with a 40 TPD natural settling system. The settling process removes part of the suspended impurities, forming a complete process chain from pressing to crude oil treatment.
