Project Background
In early 2020, we received an inquiry from a medium-sized edible oil company in an Asian country. They planned to expand their production capacity and increase their soybean and sunflower oil output. After detailed discussions and comparison of options, they ultimately selected our 20-ton/day soybean and sunflower oil pressing line.
Basic Information

  • Capacity : 20 tons/day

  • Raw material type : soybean, sunflower seeds (compatible with other oils)

  • Production process : physical pressing + simple filtration

  • Finished products : edible soybean oil, sunflower oil

  • By-product : high protein cake

  • Goal : Increase oil yield, improve oil quality, and reduce production energy consumption

  • Delivery period : 4-6 months from contract signing to completion of installation and commissioning

Main equipment configuration

Pretreatment section

Cleaning equipment: vibrating screen, stone remover, magnetic separator; crusher, flaking machine, steamer

Pressing section

Screw oil press (intelligent temperature control, high oil yield), oil filtration equipment

supporting equipment

Conveyor, electronic control system, oil storage tank and cake silo

Customer Feedback
The customer was highly satisfied with our equipment quality, installation speed and after-sales service, and plans to expand to a 40TPD pressing + refining production line in the next phase.
On-site installation and commissioning
After the equipment arrived at the customer's factory, we dispatched two experienced engineers to provide on-site guidance for installation. The team optimized the layout based on site conditions to ensure a smooth production process. During the one- to two-week commissioning process, the equipment's production capacity, oil yield, and oil quality all met specifications. The customer's operators and maintenance personnel also received comprehensive training.
