1. Capacity Matching:The existing processing capacity was insufficient to fully meet continuously growing market demand, requiring a peanut oil production line with clearly defined processing capacity.
2. Process Integration:The customer focused on the integration of raw material handling, pressing, filtration, and refining, aiming to improve oil yield performance and the consistency of finished oil quality.
3. On-Site Implementation:In addition to equipment supply, the customer required installation, commissioning, and operator training support to help on-site personnel become familiar with production line operation.
4. Long-Term Operation Considerations:The equipment solution needed to balance operational convenience, automation integration, energy consumption, and on-site management requirements.
01 Peanut Pretreatment
Peanuts are first subjected to cleaning, shelling, crushing, flaking, and cooking to pretreat the raw material and create suitable feed conditions for subsequent mechanical pressing.
The main configuration includes peanut cleaning equipment, shelling equipment, crushing equipment, flaking equipment, and cooking equipment.
02 Screw Pressing and Filtration
After pretreatment, the peanuts enter a screw oil press for mechanical pressing, separating the oil from the press cake. The resulting crude oil is filtered to remove part of the solid impurities before entering the subsequent refining process.
Process flow:Pre-treatment → Screw Pressing → Crude Oil Filtration
03 Peanut Oil Refining
The filtered crude peanut oil enters the refining process, where it undergoes appropriate treatment according to finished oil requirements to further improve oil color, odor, and related quality indicators.
04 Installation, Commissioning, and Training
In addition to equipment supply, we provide on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training. Our engineers deliver practical guidance based on the actual equipment and production process, helping on-site personnel become familiar with equipment operation and coordination between each processing stage.
