Project Background

In early 2020, we received an inquiry from a medium-sized edible oil company in an Asian country. They planned to expand their production capacity and increase their soybean and sunflower oil output. After detailed discussions and comparison of options, they ultimately selected our 20-ton/day soybean and sunflower oil pressing line.

After the equipment arrived at the customer's factory, we dispatched two experienced engineers to provide on-site guidance for installation. The team optimized the layout based on site conditions to ensure a smooth production process. During the one- to two-week commissioning process, the equipment's production capacity, oil yield, and oil quality all met specifications. The customer's operators and maintenance personnel also received comprehensive training.
